To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the first registered trademark of the House of Palomas, the Délicia®, a new creation has been added to the collection of "grand tradition" eggs. The "Délicia®" egg, shaped by hand, is distinctive from the other eggs in that it is made from the best cocoa beans from Ghana and Brazil, combined with unrefined cane sugar and Madagascar vanilla beans.

A few flashes of real gold decorate the traditionally molded shell.

The chocolate is applied in thin successive layers increasing the crackling sensation and the aromatic expression of this unique chocolate. This egg is topped with Chocolate Fries and Folded Eggs, a limited edition available only in dark chocolate.

The fries accompanying this egg are shipped in a case, the egg does not contain a filling.

The "Délicia®" egg, like the original extra-fine puck, cracks and melts delicately in the mouth to reveal the typicality of its aromas. This blend of the best cocoas from Ghana and Brazil, signature of Maison Palomas, offers beautiful primary notes of cocoa supported by a delicate acidity, evolving towards a woody bouquet, then fading into a lingering liquorice and black tea. Thanks to its generosity, its subtle aromas and its beautiful length in the mouth, this egg is a gourmet invitation to share Délicia®, a registered trademark of the House of Palomas, between generations.
