This year, the Lion of Lyon Easter egg has a new look. Our chocolatiers combine the finest cocoa from Ghana and Brazil with a fruity, fresh and creamy coconut praline to create an unforgettable eating experience.
In this egg, milk chocolate and fruity coconut praline are layered with a few coconut shards. The fryings accompanying this egg come in a case, the egg does not contain any filling.

Our chocolatiers have created this year a unique and greedy fruity coconut praline. This praline, a combination of exotic fruit puree and coconut, will surprise you with its freshness and deliciousness.
Milk chocolate Lion Palomas egg: Cocoa min. 43% cocoa beans from Dominican Republic, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin. Coconut Praline: Coconut, almonds, sugar, whole milk powder, passion fruit puree, coconut puree, banana puree, lime peel, ginger, vanilla, fleur de sel, sunflower lecithin. Assorted Fries: Folded eggs: Dark chocolate 70%, Milk chocolate 43% (Cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, vanilla, sunflower lecithin) Pralines: Almonds from Provence, Hazelnuts from Piedmont, sugar, fleur de sel, vanilla, yellow lemon peel. Crunchy Praliné: Crêpes dentelles (flour, butter, milk, eggs) Nougatine (sugar, almonds, glucose syrup.) Ganache: Cream, butter, glucose syrup, sorbitol, invert sugar.
