Emblematic chocolate bonbon of the House, it is an intense chocolate praline with Piedmont hazelnuts coated with a fine meringue. Each palet is handmade in the age-old traditions of the French Haute Chocolaterie, under the direction of the Master Chocolatier, Dominique Clerc.

SPECIALITY REGISTERED IN 1965
This jewel of Lyon confectionery highlights the tenderness of almonds in all their forms, in paste or praline, by marrying them with pistachios, candied oranges, nou- gatine and meringue. Each almond is garnished and glazed by hand to preserve the fine nougatine shell.
