Discover our eggs filled with smooth or crunchy pralines, marzipan, or ganache to brighten up your Easter celebrations. Each color contains a different creation: Green: crunchy dark chocolate praline, Red: Piedmont hazelnut praline with dark chocolate, Silver: intense dark chocolate ganache, Copper: light and airy dark chocolate caramel ganache, Soft green: dark chocolate pistachio marzipan, Fuchsia: milk chocolate praline with almonds from Provence, Champagne: milk chocolate praline with Piedmont hazelnuts and lemon zest, Pink: crunchy milk chocolate praline, Purple: light and airy milk chocolate vanilla ganache. Dark chocolate 70%, Milk chocolate 43% (Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, vanilla, sunflower lecithin) Pralines: Almonds from Provence, Piedmont hazelnuts, sugar, flower of salt, vanilla, lemon zest. Crunchy praline: Lacy pancake chips (flour, butter, milk, eggs) Nougatine (sugar, almonds, glucose syrup.) Ganache: Cream, butter, glucose syrup, sorbitol, invert sugar. Pistachio almond paste: Almonds, sugar, Sicilian pistachio 12%, gucose syrup, sorbitol, cream, cocoa butter.
