Bar of 45% milk chocolate and roasted, unskinned almonds
Barely sweetened, the attack from this milk chocolate contains fine notes of dark caramel and roasted chestnuts, then come intense, milky notes with more chocolatey notes at the finish. The full-roasted almonds are crunchy and sweet, with no bitterness.
A milk chocolate with strong cacao notes, combined with roasted almonds of the Laurrane variety from Drôme-Provençale. Soy lecithin-free chocolate.
