For the festive season at the end of the year, Palomas® invites you on a journey back to 1956, from young children to adults. That year, the Palets de Fourvière® was trademarked and became one of the most well-known symbols of the Lyon high-end chocolate house.
The annual Advent calendar is filled with carefully selected creations that tell the story of Palomas®' craftsmanship. In addition to the iconic Palets de Fourvière®, sweet lovers can enjoy creations from a predominantly chocolate-focused collection, as well as selected confectioneries that convey the house's rich gourmet heritage. Ganaches, pralines, chocolate specialties, and confectioneries make up an assortment designed as a daily invitation to explore the world of Palomas®.

A Word from Dominique Clerc
The illustration transports food lovers to Lyon on the Quai Saint-Antoine, facing the hill of Fourvière, on a mild winter evening in December 1956.
At the heart of the scene, Louis Palomas welcomes passersby at his gourmet kiosk. There, he presents his creation: the Palet de Fourvière®, trademarked in 1956.
This iconic specialty, which has become one of the House's signatures, is still made today according to the artisanal expertise that has built Palomas®'s reputation since 1917.
