Louis Palomas opened his Boutique in the heart of the Lyon peninsula in 1917. One hundred years later, our Boutique and our Workshop are still nestled in this building steeped in history.
Its foundation stone was laid by Napoleon Bonaparte during the reconstruction and harmonization of the facades of Place Bellecour.

This is the best ( no.1 ) chocolatier in Lyon. Indescribable high quality of products. A small shop near Place Bellecour. Very friendly staff. Not cheap, but when you want good chocolate.....you never go somewhere else. Do try the, tarte du citron!!!

Some of the most polished and refined chocolate Bonbons and cakes you will find. Beautiful, sophisticated and delicious. Lovely staff too and a must visit for chocolate lovers in Lyon.
