A Word from our Chocolate Master
Demoiselles are confectioneries designed with the taste of nuts in mind. Everything possible is done to bring out the Piedmont hazelnuts, the almonds from Provence, the Dauphiné walnuts and the cacao beans from Venezuela. The nuts are "seasoned" with caramel, fleur de sel salt and a little butter and then coated in 72% cacao dark chocolate or 45% cacao milk chocolate.
